    Most of the Vartak Nagar area has Mahada buildings which are to be redeveloped, what opportunity you see there ? Are there any developers taking over these redevlopment projects?

      Dear Vishal 2019 is witnessing major launches in Vartak Nagar, from an Estimate more than 1 million square feet of new launch is planned in Vartak Nagar. Many Developers are preferring to hold land Parcels, Redevelopment and SRA in same AREA. as this is the new micro market nearby to commercial and newly developed road Infra.
